VII- Complaints - الشكاوى

If the Client has any complaint against Audi Capital, he/she has to submit a written complaint to the Compliance Officer & MLRO of Audi Capital through the following contact details:

Any Client can obtain a copy of the Client Complaint Internal Procedure for free upon his/her request to the Compliance Officer & MLRO of Audi Capital. If the Client and Audi Capital failed to amicably settle the complaint within a period of fourteen (14) working days, the Client has the right to submit his compliant to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) –Investors Complaints Department-, moreover he/she has the right to submit the complaint to the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes within a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of submitting the complaint to the CMA, unless the CMA has notified the Client of the acceptability of submitting the complaint prior to the expiration of the period.
