Abdulaziz AlDhoheyan earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Saudi Arabia, in 2010. He began his career as a Financial Analyst at GIB Capital, serving between 2011 and 2014.
In 2025, he became Board member in Saudi specialized laboratories company - Motabaqah.
Since June 2014, he has been the Executive Director of DMHI, a company specializing in private equity, equity capital markets, and real estate funds.
In 2023, he assumed the role of CEO at MAFCO, a logistics company that partners with Hunger Station, Jahez, and Keeta as a third-party contractor for online food delivery services.
Faisal AlShehri is an investment professional with extensive experience in asset management and investment banking. Managing over 3 billion in assets, Faisal has led public equity funds, discretionary portfolios (DPMs) and private equity initiatives.
He has worked at reputable institutions such as Audi Capital, Value Capital, Miyar Capital, where he held key roles, serving on the Investment Committee, leading Saudi equity mandates, and developing investment strategy. Holding certifications including CME-1 and the International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (CME-4/ICWIM), he brings a strong analytical foundation, cross-functional collaboration skills, and deep market insight to every engagement.
Celine Atik joined Audi Capital in March 2025 as Corporate and Digital Communication Strategist. She is a marketing and communication professional with extensive experience in corporate branding, digital marketing, and event management. With a strong background in the banking and financial sector, she has led impactful communication strategies for renowned institutions, including Bank Audi Group.
At Audi Capital, she leads the firm’s marketing, communication and digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives and digital transformation. She plays a pivotal role in developing strategic campaigns, overseeing digital platforms and strengthening client engagement.
Celine holds an MBA in Strategic Digital Marketing from ESG Ecole de Commerce in Paris and has a proven track record of strengthening corporate visibility and audience engagement through innovative marketing initiatives.

Sarkis Sleiman is a finance professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial markets, treasury operations and capital market compliance. He currently serves as Head of Operations at Audi Capital. He was heading the Back Office – Treasury & Brokerage department at BLC Bank, where he lead critical operations in trade validation, settlement and regulatory reporting.
Throughout his career, Sarkis has developed extensive expertise in treasury products, derivatives, FX, and structured financial instruments, while ensuring strict alignment with regulatory standards from the CMA, BDL, and international audit bodies. Since 2020, he has been the authorized person to report to the Capital Market Authority, further deepening his experience in capital market governance and compliance.
Previously, he held progressive leadership roles at BLC Finance, Byblos Bank and Lebanese Canadian Bank, where he contributed to systems development, risk control and client portfolio management. Sarkis holds a Master’s in Finance from ESA Business School in Beirut, and a Master’s in Treasury & Banking from ESCP-EAP in France. He has earned multiple certifications from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), including in global derivatives, Lebanese regulations, and financial crime prevention.
